Babies Swim Kit

There are a few items that can bring to make the whole experience more comfortable for your baby and you. You will need to bring a swimming costume and towel for yourself.

Change yourself first and then get your baby changed. Please bring your own baby changing mat too. Bring towels and/or robes to the poolside to keep warm before and after the lesson.

Your baby will need a disposable Aqua nappy (available from most supermarkets) together with a Splash about Happy Nappy over it. An alternative to this is to purchase disposable Aqua nappies and complement the look with either a BabySnug or BabyWrap to ensure your infant is cosy and warm in the pool!

Babies must have their swim kit on before entering the pool.

Adult Swimming

It's never too late to learn to swim or to improve your existing skills.

Swimming is one of the best ways to keep fit as when you swim you use many of the muscles in your body with very little stress on your joints. Adult swimming lessons are tailored to suit the individual within a group of swimmers of a similar ability.

Adult swimming lessons take place at various times throughout the day and evenings, we offer one-to-one and group lessons. Please give us a call to discuss what days and times suit you or Contact Us Now!
